2. Acceptance

2.1 Registering an account or using the platform means you have read and accepted these terms.

2.2 If you use the platform on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

2.3 If you do not accept any clause, stop using the platform and delete your account in settings.

3. What JobDee is, and what it is not

3.1 JobDee is an intermediary providing space to post jobs and send applications. We are not a party to any agreement reached between a client and a freelancer.

3.2 We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, or a payment service provider.

3.3 We hold no user funds, operate no escrow, and have no power to compel any party to refund money.

3.4 We do not guarantee work quality, punctuality, or the competence of any user, notwithstanding that we review postings before publication.

3.5 What we are responsible for: operating the platform, reviewing postings against our published policy, and protecting personal data as the law requires.

4. Your account

4.1 Users must be at least 18 years old.

4.2 The information you provide must be truthful and kept current.

4.3 One person, one account. A single account can enable both client and freelancer modes.

4.4 You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect access by someone else, change your password immediately — the system logs out every device automatically.

4.5 Accounts may not be transferred, sold or rented to anyone else.

5. Rules of use

5.1 Do not ask the other party for money up front — whether described as a deposit, work guarantee, training fee, or registration fee. This is enforced most strictly and leads to immediate suspension.

5.2 No fake postings, no work that is illegal under Thai law, and no postings without genuine intent to hire.

5.3 Do not request a "test task" that amounts to a full deliverable without payment.

5.4 Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

5.5 No bulk messaging unrelated to a posting, and no using the platform to advertise other services.

5.6 Do not collect other users' data by automated means, including scraping.

5.7 Do not post content that infringes copyright, trade marks, or any other third-party right.

5.8 Do not attempt to access systems or data without authorisation, probe for vulnerabilities without prior notice, or disrupt the service.

6. Review and enforcement

6.1 Every posting enters review before publication, normally within 24 hours on business days.

6.2 The system flags defined signals automatically — a phone number in the body, upfront-payment vocabulary — but approval and rejection are human decisions.

6.3 If a posting is rejected we email the reason, and you may edit and resubmit.

6.4 Measures available to us, by severity: warning, removal of the posting, temporary feature restriction, temporary suspension, permanent suspension.

6.5 Where user safety is involved, we may suspend first and investigate afterwards.

6.6 If you believe a decision was wrong, write to us through the contact form within 30 days. It is reviewed by someone who did not make the original decision.

7. Content and intellectual property

7.1 Content you upload remains yours.

7.2 You grant JobDee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to store, display and copy that content as far as necessary to provide the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

7.3 Copyright in work a freelancer creates for a client is a matter between those two parties. Under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537, copyright belongs to the creator unless assigned in writing. We strongly recommend settling this in writing before work begins.

7.4 JobDee's trade marks, name and design are ours. Do not use them without written permission.

7.5 If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, write to us through the contact form identifying the content, the right infringed, and evidence of ownership.

8. Fees

8.1 Posting jobs, submitting applications and general use are currently free of charge.

8.2 We take no commission on the value of agreed work.

8.3 If we introduce fees, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before the effective date.

8.4 Postings and applications submitted before that date are never charged retroactively, and work already in progress completes under the previous terms.

9. Personal data

9.1 Processing of personal data follows the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9.2 A freelancer's contact channels (phone, LINE ID) are not shown to other users until a client changes an application's status to "accepted".

9.3 You can exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 from your account settings.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 The platform is provided as is. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10.2 To the extent permitted by law, JobDee is not liable for:

  • Loss arising from an agreement between a client and a freelancer
  • Non-payment, late delivery, or work that falls short of expectations
  • Indirect loss, lost business opportunity, or lost profit
  • Content published by other users

10.3 These limits do not apply to liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and do not restrict consumer rights under Thai law.

10.4 You agree to indemnify JobDee against third-party claims arising from content you publish or from your breach of these terms.

11. Disputes

11.1 Disputes between users are matters between those parties. Our assistance is limited to what the safety page describes — investigating conduct, suspending accounts, and issuing copies of on-platform records.

11.2 Disputes between you and JobDee should first be raised for negotiation through the contact form. We respond within 15 days.

11.3 If unresolved, Thai law applies and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.

11.4 Nothing here restricts your right to complain to the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (hotline 1166).

12. Changes and termination

12.1 We may amend these terms. Material changes are announced by email and on the website at least 14 days before taking effect.

12.2 Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new version.

12.3 You may close your account at any time in settings.

12.4 We may discontinue the service entirely, with at least 60 days' notice and an opportunity for users to download their data beforehand.

12.5 Clauses 7 (intellectual property), 10 (limitation of liability) and 11 (disputes) survive termination of your account.
