Careers

Small team, mostly remote, decisions made quickly

Open roles

No open roles right now, but we always read speculative applications

Our hiring process

Every stage has a stated timeframe. We reply to every application either way.

  1. 1

    Send an application

    Acknowledged within 3 business days

Your background plus a short note on why this role. No formal cover letter needed — two paragraphs to the point beat two pages.

  2. 2

    30-minute intro call

    Within the following week

With the people you would actually work with, not an HR screen. We are candid about where the company currently stands.

  3. 3

    Paid work sample

    3–4 hours, paid THB 3,000

A real problem we have faced, done whenever suits you within a week. We pay regardless of the outcome.

  4. 4

    One-hour discussion of the sample

    Within the following week

Why you chose that approach, and what you would do differently with more time.

  5. 5

    Offer

    Within 3 business days

Inside the published range. We do not ask what you earned before, and we do not negotiate below the stated band.

How we work

Remote-first, flexible hours

Four overlapping hours a day for discussion; the rest you arrange yourself. Thailand time is the anchor.

Write first, meet second

Any proposal longer than a paragraph goes in a document first. One recurring meeting a week, capped at 45 minutes.

Everyone reads user reports

Engineering included, once a week — it keeps us attached to what people actually experience.

Ship small and often

No big release cycles. If it passes tests and review, it goes out.

Pay and benefits

We publish a salary range on every role and never ask what you earned before

  • A salary range on every posting, and we never ask what you earned before
  • Social security and group health insurance
  • 15 days annual leave on top of public holidays
  • THB 40,000 equipment budget at the start — you choose the machine
  • THB 20,000 a year for learning: courses, books or conferences
  • Work samples in the hiring process are always paid
