What we check
The system flags, a person decides. Nothing is blocked automatically — real listings trip these patterns too often for that.
| Signal | Why it matters | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Phone number in the body | Usually an attempt to move the conversation off-platform, where no record exists | Flagged; a moderator reads the context before deciding |
| Immediate request to add on LINE | Same pattern, and it usually appears alongside a posting with no job detail at all | Flagged, and normally rejected if no scope is given |
| Upfront-payment vocabulary | Deposit, work guarantee, training fee — these three appear in nearly every report we receive | Rejected unless the context clearly means something else |
| Pay far above the difficulty of the work | The classic setup for harvesting personal documents from applicants | Flagged; the moderator compares against the range for that category |
| Links to external sites | Could be a real portfolio or a credential-harvesting page — a human has to look | Flagged, never auto-blocked |
| Telegram or WhatsApp as the contact channel | Almost nobody in Thailand works over these; the signal nearly always comes from an overseas account | Flagged, with an extra check on the account history |
If something goes wrong mid-project
We do not hold your money, so we cannot force a refund. What we can do is investigate behaviour, suspend accounts, and give you records you can use as evidence.
- 1
Talk to the other party first, in writing
1–3 daysMost disputes are unclear scope rather than bad faith. Write down what you understood and ask them to confirm. A lot of cases end here.
- 2
Report it to us with evidence
Acknowledged within 1 business dayUse the report button on the posting or profile, or write to us through the contact form. We acknowledge first, then open a case.
- 3
We review both sides
2–5 business daysWe read the posting, the application, the status history, the account record and any earlier reports. If we need more, we ask both parties at the same time.
- 4
We decide and tell you why
Within 2 business days of finishing the reviewOutcomes range from a warning to removing the posting, or suspending an account temporarily or permanently. Both parties get the reasoning, and it is written to the audit log.
- 5
You get the record
On requestIf you take the matter to the police or a lawyer, we can issue a copy of the platform records relating to your case.
What we can do
- Review every posting before publication and reject anything that looks like a scam
- Suspend accounts that break the rules and block re-registration with the same email
- Hide a freelancer's phone and LINE until a client selects their application
- Keep a record of every status change and issue a copy if there is a dispute
- Monitor safety reports outside working hours
- Erase your personal data within 30 days when you ask
What we cannot do
- Escrow — we do not hold funds; payment moves directly between the parties
- Forcing a refund or compensation — we have no legal power to do that
- Guaranteeing work quality — we are not a party to the agreement you make
- KYC identity verification — today we confirm an email address, not an ID card
- Anything agreed off-platform — if you move to LINE, we cannot see it and cannot help
What to gather before contacting us
The more complete the report, the faster we decide. Well-documented cases usually close within two business days.
- Links to the posting and to the other party’s profile
- Screenshots of the conversation, including anything that moved off-platform
- Transfer slips, or evidence that you paid and received nothing
- Approximate dates and times of each event
- What outcome you are asking for — a refund, removal of the posting, or simply an account review
