Why we started
Thailand’s freelance market is growing fast, but independent workers keep hitting the same three problems: fake postings that ask for money up front, commissions that take a fifth of what they earn, and their phone number turning up where they never meant it to.
We started with the third, because it is fixable by design: a freelancer’s phone and LINE stay hidden until a client actually selects their application. Not merely hidden on the profile page — never sent from the server at all.
The first we address by reviewing every posting before it publishes. That is slower and costlier than letting listings go live and cleaning up afterwards, but it is the only approach that helps someone being scammed for the first time.
The second we have not fully solved. We charge no commission today, which also means we hold no funds in escrow. We say so plainly on every page where it matters, rather than calling it a "guarantee".

How we got here
We started by listening
Reading what freelancers and clients say to each other in public groups. The subject that recurs most is postings that demand a deposit.

Every posting passes a human
The system flags automatically, but approval and rejection are human decisions — and we always tell the poster why.
We do not sell your data
No personal data goes to third parties for marketing. The only processors we use are hosting and email.
30 days’ notice before any price rises
And work already agreed is never charged retroactively.
Your data erased within 30 days
One button in settings. No email request, no approval queue.
We state our own limitations
No escrow, no KYC, no ability to force a refund. That is written on the safety and pricing pages, not buried in clause 14 of the terms.
What we deliberately do not do
What a product refuses to do says more than its feature list
No lowest-bid auction
Sorting proposals cheapest-first drags the whole market down and does not help clients choose better. We show price, timeline and portfolio together.
No star ratings in the first version
Reviews on a platform with few users are easy to game and become a pressure tool. We will add them when the volume makes the numbers mean something.
No unpaid test tasks
Postings that ask for "a sample made specifically for us" before hiring breach our terms and are not approved.
No ID card copies
While we handle no payments, holding those documents creates more risk than it removes.
