Changing your password

Go to account settings and enter your current and new password. All other devices are logged out automatically once it changes.

Forgotten password

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link, valid for one hour and usable once.

Downloading your data

In account settings, press "Download my data". You'll get a JSON file containing your account, job postings and applications.

Deleting your account

In account settings, choose to delete permanently and type the confirmation. Your personal data is erased within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as consent logs.

Deletion cannot be undone — all your job postings and applications go with it.
